- League Data: Tournament results, player statistics, venue information, and other data entered by league administrators and tournament directors.
- Player Profiles: Name, player number, league membership details, and optional profile information.
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us through contact forms, email, or other channels.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, and time spent on the Service.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.

- Service Providers: With third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (as described in Section 3), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

10. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
The Service operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each league’s data is logically separated and accessible only to authorized users within that league. League administrators can only access data for their own league. Platform administrators may access data across leagues for support, maintenance, and service improvement purposes.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
